Phase 4 Overview
Phase 4 involves ongoing inspection of the manufacturing processes.
Our buying managers provide the bilingual communications between the Kraft Global staff and clients.
Quality control is important for any manufacturer, but nowhere is it as crucial as in China. The attitude towards quality control among workers of factories in China is just not quite up to the standard of what Western manufacturers and consumers expect.
This is why quality control is an essential part of any program to source manufacturing from China. When you and your customers are on the other side of the globe, it is very practical to have somebody on our staff within an hours drive from the manufacturer and really understand what quality means to you.
The next step in Phase 4 is a final inspection before your finished goods are shipped.
By inspecting your products before they ship, we provide quality control per your requirements. Our inspectors will inspect 100% of the final pre-packaged products using your specified acceptance quality levels. They will also be on site to ensure proper packaging of your finished good to ensure your product is delivered in perfect condition.
