Phase 2 Overview
Phase 2 begins with contacting the most appropriate suppliers for the product(s) you want to manufacture & import.
During this phase Kraft Global will use the RFQ to conduct a supplier search. Suppliers we have worked with before and possibly suppliers we have yet to work with will be qualified by our buying manager.
The next step in Phase 2 is to obtain price quotes and lead times from prospective manufacturers and deciding on the most qualified supplier with the most favorable terms.
Suppliers will be asked to bid on your sourcing project. Each supplier will be asked for price quotes andlead timess. A finished summary of the supplier search process will be presented to the client and recommendations will be given as to the best possible source for manufacturing based on the results of our thorough qualification process. Suppliers will be selected to engage in the next phase of the process by Kraft Global in conjunction with the client.
